Are English certifications or professional certificates required?

Having English certification or professional licenses will have certain bonus points; some special positions must have professional licenses, such as instrument and electrical personnel must have Class B indoor wiring license qualifications, and environmental safety and health personnel must have relevant environmental safety and health licenses.

How long will it take for you to receive news after submitting your resume?

After receiving the resume, we will send suitable resumes to the supervisors of each requesting unit within two weeks, and notify suitable personnel to come to the company for further interviews within one month. If the resume is not suitable, no further notice will be given.

Will there be a test on the day of the interview?

Before the interview, you need to fill in a personality test, a professional test and an English test. Some departments will also ask you to prepare a research expertise presentation in advance. Please be sure to bring the presentation file (PPT) to the exam.

How to get to the interview location?

After the interview, the results of the interview will be available about two weeks later. If you are admitted, you will receive a phone call; if you are not admitted, you will be notified by email. If the interview supervisor needs a second interview, he will be notified by phone.

Will the company provide education and training? What are the general training courses?

We have established a complete education and training structure in conjunction with the functional system, planning appropriate newcomer training, professional training, management training at all levels, environmental and safety-related training and corporate philosophy courses, and providing employees with all-round services through physical or e-learning methods.
